Because each piece is handmade and embroidered just for you, most items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Personalized items can never be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Before you order

Please check our size guide carefully, since sizing issues are not eligible for return.
